Asian determined its stakeholders into 9 groups, which are shareholders, customers, trading partners, creditors, employees, competitors, society, communities and environment, government sector and independent and other organizations in society. ASIAN sets the rights of stakeholders including the guideline on how to treat stakeholders in Asian Corporate Governance and Business Ethics Policy, as well as to emphasize the strict implementation of the Intellectual Property Management and Anti-Corruption Policy.

Risk Management
Asian has established a Risk Management Committee which consists of senior management from each business function and expertly qualified outsiders who are responsible for the Company’s risk management. There is an assessments and analysis of risk issues, the probability of their occurrence and the level of impact on the company, as well as determining measures to manage risk factors which have a significant impact on business growth both corporate and business units risk.
